WHEN HE SENDS, WE GO
JANUARY 30, 2026
TEXT: “And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”— Mark 16:15
Jesus’ life and ministry were driven by one clear mission: to save the lost. This was not something He did occasionally—it was His daily focus. He gave His time, strength, and heart to it. Jesus said, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work.” Saving souls was not a side assignment; it was His priority.
In the same way, every believer has been sent. We are not saved to sit back; we are saved to reach out. When help is needed urgently, delay can be dangerous. A firefighter does not wait when the alarm sounds—he responds immediately. Likewise, the call to share the gospel is an urgent one.
Every day, people around us are living without Christ—at home, at work, in our streets, and in our markets. Many are searching for hope but do not know where to find it. Yet, too often, we remain silent. If we truly love Jesus, His compassion must move us to act.
Evangelism is not only for special programs or church outreaches. It begins with personal responsibility. Each of us can share Christ in simple ways—through a conversation, a prayer, a kind word, or a testimony.
Today, God has also given us powerful tools. Social media is not just for entertainment; it is a mission field. A simple message, a scripture, or a testimony shared online can touch lives far beyond our immediate surroundings.
Beloved, the harvest is ready, but it requires willing workers. We must not wait or hesitate. When God sends, the right response is obedience.
SEARCHLIGHT: Who will hear the gospel because of you today? Don’t wait—reach one soul at a time.
PRAYER: Father, give me a heart for the lost. As I go about my daily life, use me to bring others to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Amen.
