THE SUN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS

TEXT:”But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.” Malachi 4:2 (KJV)
In Malachi 4:2, we see a beautiful prophecy about the coming of the Sun of righteousness. This prophecy is fulfilled in Jesus Christ, who is the Sun of righteousness. In 1 Corinthians 1:30, we see that Jesus is our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption.
The Sun of righteousness represents the light and warmth that Jesus brings to our lives. Just as the sun gives light and warmth to the world, Jesus gives us spiritual light and warmth. He illuminates our path, guides us in our journey, and gives us the warmth of His love and presence.
The Sun of righteousness also represents healing and restoration. Jesus is our Healer. In our text, we see that the Sun of righteousness arises with healing in His wings. This means that Jesus brings healing to our bodies, minds, and spirits. He restores us to wholeness and gives us new life.
As believers, we are called to bask in the light and warmth of the Sun of righteousness. We are to allow Jesus to illuminate our lives, to guide us in our journey, and to give us the healing and restoration we need. Let us seek to walk in the light of Jesus, to follow His guidance, and to experience the healing and restoration that He offers.
SEARCHLIGHT
Jesus is the Sun of righteousness who brings light, warmth, healing, and restoration to our lives.
PRAYER
Dear Lord, help me to bask in the light and warmth of Your presence. Give me the healing and restoration I need, and guide me in my journey.
