GREAT DELIVERANCE FROM THE UNLIMITED GOD (PART 1)

JUNE 13, 2025

TEXT: Daniel 6:1–28

KEY VERSE:
“He delivers and rescues, and He works signs and wonders in heaven and on earth, who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.” —Daniel 6:27

In a remote village, a young lady—the daughter of a Deeper Life Church pastor—was kidnapped along with several others. They were captured for a money ritual. One by one, the captives were killed. Meanwhile, her father and church members were praying earnestly for her safety. Just as it was her turn to be killed, something unexpected happened—she began to menstruate. The ritualists, following their dark beliefs, saw this as an abomination that would ruin the process. Out of fear, they stopped and released her into the nearby forest. Alone and afraid, the young lady wandered through the forest. But God had already made a way. She met a kind stranger who gave her a phone. She called her father and, with the help of the stranger, described the area where she was. Her father immediately contacted a local pastor in that region. That pastor, along with some church members, quickly set out and, by God’s grace, found her and brought her home safely.

This story is a powerful reminder of how God steps in right when it seems too late. Just like He delivered Daniel from the lion’s den by sending His angel to shut the lions’ mouths, He delivered this young girl through what others would consider a problem—her menstrual cycle. God is not limited by circumstances. Whether it is a den of lions or a dark forest, He knows how to rescue His children. He doesn’t always stop the danger from coming, but He always proves that He is with us in it. He can use anything or anyone—a natural event, a stranger, a phone call, or a local believer—to make a way of escape. That’s why we call Him the Unlimited God.

IMPORTANT LESSONS LEARNED:
📌 God’s methods of deliverance may look simple, but they carry great power.
📌 Prayers activate divine intervention, even when we cannot see how.
📌 God places the right people in position ahead of our need—strangers, helpers, and faithful believers.
📌 What seems like shame or weakness in our eyes may be God’s chosen tool for rescue.
📌 Trusting God in a crisis opens the door to miracles we never imagined.

In conclusion, don’t forget that the same God who shut the lions’ mouths for Daniel and sent help to a lost girl in the forest is still working wonders today—He is never limited and always right on time.

SEARCH LIGHT:
God may allow trouble to come, but He will never allow His children to be destroyed by it.

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, in every trouble I face, deliver me by Your power, turn it into a testimony, and send the right people to help me.
